Elias Sjöberg

Elias Sjöberg has been teaching NOLS Wilderness Medicine courses for several years. He lives near Eksjö in Småland, Sweden, not far from the farm where he grew up. With extensive first aid experience from many winters as a ski patroller, Elias brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his teaching. He is a graduate of the Outdoor Education program at Älvdalen Utbildningscenter.

Elias has impressive backcountry experience, including crossing Madagascar on foot and leading NOLS expeditions. He is a NOLS Expedition Instructor, Wilderness EMT, and “undersköterska” (assistant nurse), and he teaches WFA, WAFA, WFR-R, and WFR courses worldwide.
