Tim has spent the last 20 years living in Abisko, Sweden with his partner and daughter. In Abisko he has been working with guiding, as a ski patroller and avalanche technician.
Since 2012 Tim has been a field instructor for NOLS hiking and mountaineering expeditions both in Sweden and North America. Spending time outdoors has always been a big part of Tim’s life. He grew up outside Luleå (northern part of Sweden) with 40 dogs, as his father was racing sled-dogs. After attending a Nature photography program at Øytun folkhögskole in Alta, Norway and a wilderness leadership program in Malung, Sweden, Tim has been working full time in the outdoors. Tim is currently enrolled in the medical program at the University of Umeå in Sweden.
