Comments from participants:
“I would tell a friend: This first aid course was great! You will get a lot of hands-on practice. The scenarios are realistic and we spent a lot of time outside in all kinds of conditions. The other participants were interesting people. We all worked hard as a team and I now feel prepared to help others on the trail.”
“The staff were great. They made me feel really comfortable and they went out of their way to explain, demonstrate various procedures and answer my questions. This course definitely helped me develop confidence.”
Leave No Trace Courses: Five day wilderness based courses with certification through the federally sponsored LNT program as teachers of the LNT environmental conservation principles and ethics. These courses are provided on a contract basis.
